I like the idea of participating in an online community. Since I am a new teacher, it will be a great resource to connect with other teachers, both new and old, for help and inspiration. The comments that I've seen are focused on providing interesting insight into the posts as well as presenting new viewpoints on topics. It provides an intriguing discourse. As far as my own feelings on supplying comments over the internet, I am not new to blogging and so feel quite comfortable conversing with others through this medium. I look forward to using websites such as http://www.wolframalpha.com for the sake of research when writing papers.
